We are looking for a Head Chef who is experienced enough to work and hold together the kitchen and team under pressure, hands on leader who is the example for the team and a highly organised professional who has under control Compliance, Inventory, Consistency in food quality and presentation but also a diplomatic person who builds strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Work with our Group Executive Chef on Menu design and cost
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Work closely with management on strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Train and inspire junior team members
- Maintain a culture of support, efficiency, creativity, and positivity
- Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Thorough knowledge of Kitchen SOPs
- Good computer & soft skills
- Strong Management and Delegation skills
- Maintain a positive working environment
- Inventory experienced and GP% Maintenance
- Food and Safety Compliance expert
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
