About the Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring a small, dynamic team in our open kitchen.
  • Designing and executing a menu of fresh, seasonal, modern pub food, incorporating new trends and popular staples.
  • Delivering creative small plates that encourage sharing and social dining.
  • Perfecting and consistently delivering exceptional Sunday roasts.
  • Managing kitchen operations with a focus on healthy GP margins and wage percentages.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Collaborating with management to create a food experience that reflects our community-focused ethos.
