About the Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a small, dynamic team in our open kitchen.
- Designing and executing a menu of fresh, seasonal, modern pub food, incorporating new trends and popular staples.
- Delivering creative small plates that encourage sharing and social dining.
- Perfecting and consistently delivering exceptional Sunday roasts.
- Managing kitchen operations with a focus on healthy GP margins and wage percentages.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborating with management to create a food experience that reflects our community-focused ethos.
