Currently I am looking for a Head Chef for an immediate start and paying a salary up to £50,000 per year plus bonuses.
Our client a well-established Gastro Pub is now opening and new operation and keen to employ a Head Chef with:
Great communication skills, be able to build a strong team, good on health & hygiene, allergens, margins, supplier management, knowledge of seasonal produce.
This is a great opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves.
They must have deep knowledge of regional European cuisine, open grill skills as they cook on over fire. Curing, smoking and pastry as well.
The ideal Head Chef will work 7 shifts per week 45/48 hrs per week and the position is for an immediate start.
The Head Chef will receive:
Depending on experience a Bbasic annual salary up to £50,000
Generous bonus scheme to be discussed at the interview stage
Work and contracted for 7 shifts per week and 48 hours per week
Cook only with the freshest ingredients and a seasonal menu
