- A passionate chef with proven experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role, ideally in a high-quality gastro pub or restaurant.
- A creative mind with a flair for seasonal British cuisine and an eye for presentation.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills able to lead a team, manage rotas, train junior staff, and maintain a positive kitchen culture.
- Sound knowledge of kitchen management, stock control, GP%, health & safety, and food hygiene (Level 3+).
- A genuine interest in seasonal produce, sustainability, and pushing culinary boundaries.
