Overseeing the kitchen under the guidance of a Chef owner, you will manager a team of 6 - 7 chefs as well as taking on responsibility for day to day management of the kitchen.
Although experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred, it is not essential as the owner will work with you to train as needed on the cuisine. Strong skills in kitchen operational management ARE essential - Knowledge of various laws, HACCP etc.
Hours will be 5 days a week, 48 - 50 hours.
