We are seeking a Head Chef for a Mexican Cantina located in South West London.
The role involves managing a team of 6-7 chefs and overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef owner.
While experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred, it is not mandatory as training will be provided.
Candidates must possess strong skills in kitchen operational management and knowledge of relevant laws, including HACCP.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and requires a commitment of 48-50 hours over 5 days a week, with an immediate start available.

We are looking for a Head Chef for a lovely Mexican Cantina in South West London.

Overseeing the kitchen under the guidance of a Chef owner, you will manager a team of 6 - 7 chefs as well as taking on responsibility for day to day management of the kitchen.

Although experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred, it is not essential as the owner will work with you to train as needed on the cuisine. Strong skills in kitchen operational management ARE essential - Knowledge of various laws, HACCP etc.

Hours will be 5 days a week, 48 - 50 hours.
