Role Details:


This is a busy spot known for excellent cooking and would be best suited to an experienced creativepastryChef assumingfull responsibility for overseeing the pastry section, including menu creation, production, and maintaining quality standards, working in an operation with high standards in a tight knit friendly team

About you:

A positive and energetic pastry chef would fit really well into the existing kitchen team.

Ideal background pastry and baking

You will be part of a lovely supportive team but also have your own separate pastry kitchen on a different level, so its essential for this role that you enjoy to work on your own in a bright kitchen with the main kitchen downstairs

"Creative and trend-savvy pastry chef with a flair for innovation, specializing in crafting unique baked goods and pastries. Experienced in developing creations such as laminated lemon dough bread and seasonally inspired bakes and pastries.Everything is made fresh in house.

Very high standards and organized

You will be able to work comfortably alone on the pastry but also have the support of a fantastic close knit and friendly kitchen team you will enjoy creating new and exciting bakes and pastries/cover provided

Experience in catering for specific dietary requirements and preparing exciting vegan creations.

Calm & methodical working approach self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and cutting edgebusiness.
