Established in 1986, we serve French food in rustic, convivial surrounds, with live jazz music every evening. Our reservation diary is open for bookings from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team.
Salary depending on experience / upon application
Share of tronc
Meals provided on shift
Holiday Pro rata 28 days per company year
Sundays & Mondays, bank holidays and Christmas & New Year, restaurant is shut
Salary based on 7 shifts of approximately 7.5 hours, Tuesdays to Saturdays inclusive
Role Responsibility
As Pastry Chef, you'll be a key team player, reliable and responsible and will run the pastry section
An integral part in the kitchen operation, using excellent attention to detail, making sure every dessert is of perfect quality and produced on time
Ensuring consistently high standards of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
