A fantastic opportunity to grow your career as a Pastry Chef de Partie within the talented pastry team of one of Londons most luxurious five-star hotels.
Working in a high-volume, creative kitchen, youll help deliver beautifully crafted desserts and pastries across the hotels dining outlets, in-room dining, and luxury event spacesserving up to 1,000 guests per day. The kitchen proudly uses seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create elegant, contemporary menus that champion simplicity and flavour.
- Prepare pastry items and desserts to the highest standards, working closely with the Sous Pastry Chef and Junior Sous Pastry Chef
- Manage and support a small team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on your section
- Ensure impeccable consistency, presentation, and quality in every dish
- Collaborate across the kitchen to support smooth and efficient service
- Uphold rigorous food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
- Foster positive relationships between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up) in a busy, high-end kitchen
- Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is desirable
- Genuine passion for pastry, desserts, and high-quality ingredients
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
