The Role
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted desserts and pastries that complement each restaurants distinctive concept. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, youll ensure that every creation meets the exceptional standards Fundamental Hospitality is known for. From classic French patisserie to modern interpretations, youll bring skill, precision, and innovation to every service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with brand standards.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all pastry items.
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
Support the wider kitchen team, assisting with training and mentoring where needed.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal pastry creations.
About You
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
Excellent technical knowledge of pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.
A creative eye for flavour, design, and presentation.
Team-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
A genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning.
