Chef de Partie Pastry

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks) any 5 days out of 7
Contract: Full-time, permanent
I'm looking for a talented and passionate PastryChef de Partie to join our professional catering team. Youll work alongside an experienced Head and Senior Pastry Chef, contributing to the preparation, creation and presentation of high-quality pastry dishes across a range of menus and events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative Pastry Chef de Partie to showcase their skills in a well-equipped kitchen that values quality, teamwork and innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook and present pastry items to the highest standards.
Assist in menu development and new dish creation.
Ensure consistent quality, flavour and presentation across all dishes.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and allergen documentation standards.
Support and train junior pastry staff.
Contribute to stock control, recipe costing and waste management.
Work flexibly across kitchen sections when required.
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef ready to step up.
A genuine passion for pastry and fine desserts.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of HACCP and COSHH regulations.
Flexible, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
