About Row on 5:
Row on 5 by Jason Atherton is our flagship restaurant in Mayfair, awarded a Michelin Star within six weeks of opening its vibrant doors. It takes over two floors of a new building on Savile Row. The concept is a culinary voyage involving a multi-course dining experience. On the ground floor, theres a mix of counter dining and tables for 36 diners. Downstairs theres an open kitchen and bar and room for 22 more diners, along with a private dining room cellar with eight seats. We're on a mission to redefine the dining experience, and we invite highly talented and passionate individuals like yourself to join our Team and be a part of this exciting journey! Row on 5 is led by Executive Chef Spencer Metzger. Chef Spencer won the prestigious Roux Scholarship in 2019 and was named a Master of Culinary Arts by the UKs Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2022.

Responsibilities:
- To follow the leadership of the Senior Chefs and the Executive Chef at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to strict hygiene standards
- Work effectively as part of a Team, following instructions and working to the highest standards
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in your capacity as a Pastry Chef in a Michelin starred restaurant is a must
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Standard experience in culinary arts and food production
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
