Schedule:Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.
What you will do as a Pastry Commis Chef
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries and baked goods.
- Ensure ingredients are measured, prepared, and stored correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section.
- Support senior chefs in plating and presentation of pastry items.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
About you
Holds a relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
