We are now looking for a Senior Grill Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. This is a superb opportunity for a passionate chef with exceptional grill skills to develop within a luxury, high-volume environment.
The Role
As a Senior Grill Chef de Partie, you will:
- Take full ownership of the grill section, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver Shanghai-Mes signature standards.
- Train, mentor, and support junior chefs within your section.
- Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Grill Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of grilling techniques, cuts of meat, and Asian or modern fusion cuisine.
- A calm, organised, and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary craftsmanship.
