A unique opportunity for a creative and dynamic Senior Head Chef to lead the Collections flagship location- responsible for testing and implementing all new menu development, working alongside the Senior Development and Executive Head Chefs.
A focus on high end fire-based cooking using the best of local British ingredients, complimented by pops of Asian flavours. Ideally suited to Michelin/high end trained head chef with experience at volume. Japanese influence an advantage.
