About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented pastry chef to bring their Michelin-level expertise to a high- calibre culinary environment, with room for growth and creative exploration.


Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastry and dessert dishes in line with Michelin star standards.
Take responsibility for the pastry section during service, ensuring efficiency and excellence at all times.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain and exceed culinary standards.
Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in creative development projects, contributing new ideas for menus, tastings, and seasonal
concepts.
Ensure all food preparation meets high-quality and consistency benchmarks.
Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience working in Michelin-starred kitchens in a pastry-specific role.
Strong technical knowledge across a range of classical and contemporary pastry techniques.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional eye for detail, presentation, and flavour balance.
A passion for innovation and creative development in pastry.
Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
