About the role of Sous & Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef with experience in British, French and European techniques to manage a team of 6 in the kitchen, with high standards.

The successful Chef candidate:

Must have Food Safety and Health and Safety level 2.
Will be happy to work in a team, reporting directly to the Head Chef.
Will work together with the restaurant manager to achieve success.
Will be happy to learn more techniques and work on the menu together with the restaurant manager and operation manager.
