The Roles
- Sous Chef Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, oversee daily kitchen operations, and inspire the brigade to reach new heights. Youll contribute to menu development, uphold world-class standards, and ensure consistency and excellence across every service.
- Chef de Partie Take ownership of your section, delivering outstanding dishes with precision and consistency. Youll work with premium ingredients, learn from an ambitious senior team, and play your part in driving the kitchen forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and senior team in leading and motivating the brigade.
- Deliver dishes of outstanding quality, consistency, and creativity.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and progression within the kitchen.
About You
- Proven experience in a high-quality, ambitious restaurant (Sous Chef or CDP level).
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure.
- A creative flair and passion for exceptional, contemporary cuisine.
- Hungry for challenge, ambitious in mindset, and eager to be part of a journey towards Michelin recognition.
