We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at Strakers, the celebrated restaurant by renowned Head Chef Thomas Straker. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen, supporting the Head Chef while contributing to an exciting, seasonal, and ingredient-led menu.
What We Offer:
- Salary between £46,000 £50,000 (plus service charge)

What Youll Do:
- Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
- Prepare dishes to the highest standard, ensuring timing and execution are precise across service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
- Work collaboratively with a motivated brigade to deliver seamless service
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
- Be adaptable, fast-paced, and ready to step in wherever needed during service
Who Were Looking For:
- A Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie with fine-dining experience
- Clean, diligent, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
