We are recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair, Central London. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of London's most exciting fine dining venues known for its modern Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine.

Salary of £45,000 to £48,00 per annum (according to experience)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We're looking for a driven and passionate Sous Chef with a background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants. You must have a keen eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and manage other chefs. A love for Mediterranean flavours and innovative cooking techniques is essential.
