Sous Chef – Brasserie & Events – Central London
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join a well-established brasserie and private events operation in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to grow into a senior role, and wants to work in a business that values creativity, quality, and progression.
The Role:

Day-to-day, you'll lead service in a modern brasserie doing around 50–60 covers per lunch and dinner

Support the private dining and events team, catering for up to 150 guests standing or 60 seated

Work under a supportive Executive Chef in a small team of 5

Enjoy access to a well-equipped, professional kitchen with modern kit and space to create

Nice Rota of Monday to Friday shifts, with occasional weekends for events

Salary of £45,000 per annum - 45 hours per week
Ideal Sous Chef:
-
Solid experience as a Sous Chef in reputable restaurants or 5-star hotels

Background in fine dining, ideally with some events or banqueting experience

Highly organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about food and service

A natural leader with a positive attitude and ambition to progress quickly

Comfortable overseeing service, mentoring junior chefs, and working across multiple functions
