Sous Chef - Restaurant, Bar & Events Space -South West London
We are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join a new restaurant, bar, and events space in South-West London. Working with the Head Chef, you will assist in the successful day to day running of the kitchen.
Creating modern British food with a seasonal la carte menu and bespoke event menus from ethically sourced and highest quality ingredients you will assist in leading the team during preparation and service as well as day-to-day kitchen operations
You should have previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen. You should have strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation.
Excellent organisational skills are essential
Working 45 - 48 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. Closed on Sundays
