What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a quality-driven restaurant or gastro pub
Passion for modern British cuisine, sustainability and seasonal produce
Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to support and motivate the brigade
Calm and confident under pressure, with an eye for detail
Ambition to grow with a forward-thinking hospitality group
