Were looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join the brigade at a much-loved modern British restaurant in Chelsea, part of a respected group known for its farm-to-fork philosophy, seasonal cooking and zero-waste ethos. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to work with outstanding produce, develop new skills, and progress within a creative, supportive environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a quality-driven restaurant or gastro pub

  • Passion for modern British cuisine, sustainability and seasonal produce

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to support and motivate the brigade

  • Calm and confident under pressure, with an eye for detail

  • Ambition to grow with a forward-thinking hospitality group
