We host a variety of events for both private & corporate guests, as well as dining experiences in
our la carte restaurant and more casual dining spaces.
We are on a journey to deliver some of the best club food in London, and we need a talented,
ambitious Sous Chef who wants to be part of that story. We pride ourselves on working with
quality small suppliers that deliver the finest Italian, Spanish, and British produce. Our vision is
to execute the classics of predominantly British cuisine, alongside European favourites, at a
high-end gastro pub standard.

What our Sous Chef will do:
- Support and collaborate with the Head Chef in leading a busy kitchen
- Take charge of sections, ensuring flawless consistency and quality
- Contribute ideas to menus and help create Century signature dishes
- Mentor and support junior chefs to develop their skills
- Maintain efficiency, organisation, and professionalism in kitchen operations
- Champion sustainability, minimise waste, and maximise profitability
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
What were looking for in our Sous Chef:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous, or strong Chef de Partie in a
complementary hospitality venue (private members club, 5-star hotel, or established
gastro pub)
- Competence and confidence in both restaurant service and events catering
- A motivated, ambitious chef looking to develop into a future leader
- A blend of classical culinary training and modern creativity
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to support a team calmly and professionally
- Passion, innovation, and a drive to help elevate Centurys culinary reputation
