Experience in restaurant kitchens is essential for this role, as we need a cook to work alongside the existing team and help run the day to day operations, and an understanding of a busy fast moving environment will be invaluable.
You will be working closely with our Head of Food, who has over 20 years experience in Michelin restaurants and has run multiple one and two star restaurants before joining our team.
Our events often take us overseas so a valid passport is required for the role, this year alone we have traveled to St Tropez, Switzerland and Monaco on more than one occasion.
The hours will be subject to business, and up to 48 per week, however overtime is paid by the hour.
We are a seven day a week operation and working Saturdays and Sundays will be part of the job.
