The Role: Sous ChefWere looking for a true culinary champion to be the Executive Chefs right hand. Youll lead the kitchen brigade, inspire junior chefs, and help shape a food experience thats as bold and brilliant as the hotel itself.

- Support the Executive Chef in menu evaluation and compliance
- Train and develop the kitchen brigade
- Manage stock levels and rotation
- Lead service in the Executive Chefs absence
- Uphold food safety and purchasing procedures
- Be a proactive problem-solver and team motivator
- Hospitality Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years as a Junior Sous Chef/Senior Chef de Partie
- Fluent in English
- Charismatic communicator and natural leader
- Hands-on, results-driven, and highly organised
- A true team player and ambassador of the nhow brand
