We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team.

Starting salary 39K per annum
Last food order 9:30pm

Job Expectations
Oversee daily kitchen operations in bar kitchen, reporting to head chef
Lead a small team of chefs in preparing and serving high quality, seasonal bar menu
Assist in menu planning with the head chef and other sous chef
Ensure food is prepared to speck, on time
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
Manage orders to be given to head chef for the next day
Train and mentor junior staff
Assist in private dinning operations with canapes and set menus
