Business Development Manager - South East

£40,000 + Car/Car Allowance + up to 60% Commission

Cast UK are partnering with a growing and reputable organisation in the care sector to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and results-focused individual to take full ownership of a territory and work with purpose.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Proactively target and win new business across a defined portfolio of care home group clients (approx. 80% focus).
  • Nurture existing accounts, increasing share of wallet and locking out competitors (approx. 20% focus).
  • Present innovative, value-led product and service solutions to decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Work autonomously to manage your own diary and customer relationships.
  • Visit the company's Manchester head office as required (typically quarterly).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in B2B field sales, ideally in consumables, healthcare, hygiene, medical products, or FMCG.
  • A confident and persuasive communicator, able to engage at CEO/Owner level.
  • Naturally driven, energetic, and commission-hungry - with a strong consultative approach.
  • Digitally aware, structured in your approach, and able to think both commercially and creatively.

The Package:

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • Car or car allowance
