Client Relationship Manager

My client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for business development and relationship management, primarily focusing on B2B clients. This role involves working both in our showroom and visiting client premises, providing outstanding customer service and driving new business opportunities. This company are an award winning global high end flooring business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service in the Showroom, supporting both retail customers and Specifiers.
- Develop new B2B business by meeting targets as outlined in KPIs.
- Generate new business prospects through outbound calls to Architects and Designers.
- Schedule and conduct sales/client relationship meetings either at the client’s premises or at the showroom.
- Reactivate business with previous clients who have been dormant for 18 months or more.
- Lead new business presentations, focusing on the company’s unique selling propositions and client needs.
- Organize and deliver 'Lunch and Learn' events for Specifiers, with appropriate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager/Technical Director to progress the sales process, from enquiry to sale.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including contact details, sales interactions, and stages in the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Ability to work flexibly, including Saturdays and on a rotational basis as required.
- Professional demeanour, upholding the company's standards in all interactions.
