The Role:

We're on the hunt for a visionary eCommerce leader to help us take our Beauty category to the next level at a time of bold digital transformation. With Holland & Barrett's online platform now a market leader in health and wellness - powered by AI-driven personalisation, AR beauty try-ons, and a rapidly expanding own-label range - this is your chance to shape the future of beauty in a business that's redefining how customers discover, shop, and care for themselves online

What you'll be doing?

  • Craft and own a bold Beauty eCommerce strategy that smashes growth targets and sets new standards in the industry.
  • Spot trends before they happen - use data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to unlock new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with top beauty brands to elevate product listings, sharpen pricing, and deliver irresistible promotions.
  • Forecast like a pro - ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, minimising stockouts and maximising sell-through.
  • Turn insights into action - optimise our site and app experience to keep customers inspired, engaged, and coming back for more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, tech, marketing, and supply chain teams to create seamless, end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Lead innovation in personalisation and discovery, making the Beauty experience feel tailor-made for every shopper.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

  • eCommerce expertise that delivers - you'll need to have a background in beauty and an understanding of how to turn digital potential into real-world results.
  • Supplier & vendor management mastery - you've built strong partnerships and driven impressive commercial growth through strategic collaboration.
  • Marketplace knowledge - proven success managing suppliers in a fast-paced marketplace environment, with a clear track record of boosting performance and scaling growth.
  • Promotional planning - you understand trading cycles and digital merchandising like the back of your hand, and know how to craft campaigns that convert.
  • Data-driven decision maker - fluent in platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase, and Content Square, you use insights to steer strategy and optimize performance.
  • Strategic thinker with market savvy - you translate trends and insights into actionable plans that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Influential communicator – your ability to align and inspire stakeholders across the business sets you apart.
