Email & CRM Marketing Manager
40,000 + benefits | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)
We're working with a leading international publisher in the luxury lifestyle sector, who is seeking an Email and CRM Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across digital, print, events, and data-driven products in a collaborative, friendly environment.
The Role
As Email and CRM Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the business's B2C and B2C email marketing newsletters and campaigns. You'll play a key role in optimising campaigns for engagement and conversion, while ensuring CRM systems run smoothly and are effectively integrated across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly newsletters in collaboration with the editorial team.
- Deliver automated and scheduled email campaigns across events, subscriptions, reports, and digital products.
- Build, segment, and optimise customer data for effective targeting.
- Implement A/B testing and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Maintain and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud (including sign-up forms, automation, and data mapping).
- Support GDPR compliance and best practices for customer data management.
- Provide performance reporting and insights to internal teams.
About You
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong email marketing skills - campaign setup, testing, segmentation, and optimisation.
- Confident working with HTML for newsletters (alignment, formatting, blocks).
- Attention to detail with excellent copy-editing/proofing skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams (editorial, events, commercial).
- Experience within publishing, media, or luxury industries is a plus.

The Process
