- Lead performance marketing across all major paid channels
- Manage and optimise large budgets for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC goals
- Test everything including creative, copy, targeting and funnels
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and data teams to deliver growth
- Track, measure, and attribute with GA4, Looker, Amplitude or whatever gets the job done
- Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
Profile

- 8-10 years in performance marketing or growth for an app-based business
- Deep experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
- Proven track record managing six-to-seven-figure budgets efficiently
- Strong grasp of pixels, tracking, UTMs, and attribution
