Investment Platform Marketing Manager

Duration: 12 months

Pay: £380-450/day (PAYE/umbrella)

Location: London (hybrid working - 4 days in the office)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive commercial success of the organisation’s platforms business by creating and executing marketing content strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand the roadmap, develop messaging and positioning, and create go-to-market content strategies with a focus on category thought leadership.
  • Plug into broader marketing content initiatives across the enterprise and collaborate with other stakeholders across marketing to facilitate the creation, coordination, and communication of content and thought leadership marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities can include:

  • Develop and execute marketing content strategies that align with our platform, support business priorities, with a focus on setting clear goals and quantifying commercial impact.
  • Build product positioning and messaging that resonates with clients and the market to highlight our differentiation.
  • Collaborate with business partners including product development, sales and relationship management teams whilst also collaborating closely with specialist marketing functions and communications teams to execute deliverables.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of success in the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability in supporting the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, customer insights, and emerging trends in product marketing within financial services.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in product marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Candidates with a sound understanding of the investment ecosystem and knowledge of asset servicing, custody and fund administration is preferable.
