Merrifield Consultants is thrilled to partner with Nordoff and Robbins to find their new Marketing Manager (Events and Income) to lead innovative campaigns for some of the UK's most high-profile fundraising events - from the iconic O2 Silver Clefs to gala lunches and public campaigns - while helping to grow income and awareness through creative, audience-led marketing. With two direct reports, you'll oversee campaigns that reach new audiences, inspire action, and ultimately generate vital income to help Nordoff & Robbins transform lives through music.

Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home

Nordoff and Robbins work with people living with disability, illness or facing isolation to realise their potential through music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for flagship fundraising events, including the O2 Silver Clefs, Carol Service, Legends of Football, MITs and Northern Music Awards.
- Manage the special 50th anniversary campaign for the O2 Silver Clefs in 2026, celebrating 50 years of fundraising success.
- Oversee all content and branding requirements for events - from messaging and copywriting to video, brochures and digital assets.
- Build and deliver annual communications and engagement plans across events, education, fundraising and partnerships.
- Act as brand lead, ensuring all content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with Nordoff & Robbins' tone of voice.
- Grow income through creative marketing of fundraising products, charity partnerships and legacy giving.
Person Specification:
- Proven marketing experience in a charity, not-for-profit or fundraising/events environment.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including owned, earned and paid media.
- Track record of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and income.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a story-led approach and focus on accessibility.
- Ability to analyse data and insights to inform strategy and convert audiences.
- Confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders, partners and agencies.
