Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in winning and growing national accounts? This is your chance to join a market-leading distributor, driving growth across a number of categories within Hospitality.

We're looking for a commercially astute, energetic professional who thrives on building strategic relationships and delivering profitable sales growth. You'll combine strong business development skills with the ability to manage and expand an existing portfolio, while identifying new opportunities nationally.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving new business acquisition within target sectors.
  • Growing existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship management.
  • Achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver excellent service and maximise opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Business Development Manager (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience of supplying into Pubs & Bars/Leisure & QSR
  • A successful track record in winning new national accounts.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering results.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally, with overnight stays.
  • Full UK driving licence.
