We're seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth across the energy and social housing sectors. This role combines hands-on business development with shaping sales strategy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and influencing long-term direction.
What you'll do:
- Generate new business with housing associations, local authorities, and energy providers.
- Lead sales for void energy services and other tailored energy solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales performance and pipeline.
What we're looking for:
- Proven B2B sales track record, within the energy sector.
- Experience selling into social housing or public sector markets would be valuable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, commercially astute, and self-motivated.
- CRM proficiency with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of UK energy or housing regulations is a plus will really help you thrive in this role.
