Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London with their search for a Senior/Principal Town Planning Officer to join their DM Team on initial 3-month Contract.
 
The candidate must be experienced in mentoring junior staff also while picking up a caseload of small major applications. This will be a key element of the role to provide additional capacity in the Planning Service.

Working Hours:   
36 hours p/w
 
Working conditions:   
Flexible working, likely to be predominantly remote but will be required to go to office once a week and for site visits.
 
IT will be provided
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £45 to £52 per hour for this position.
