We’re looking for a TikTok Shop & Creator Manager to lead our TikTok commerce operations and affiliate campaigns across both agency and client accounts. You’ll manage shop performance, platform-led promotions, and creator partnerships, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while unlocking growth across the board.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll be the key point of contact across TikTok Shop, creators, and clients, optimising listings, running creator campaigns, reporting performance, and leading strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop Operations & Performance- Oversee end-to-end TikTok Shop execution across multiple client brands
- Optimise product listings and shop infrastructure for visibility and conversion
- Lead planning and execution of TikTok promotions (e.g. Flash Sales, Daily Deals, Platform Campaigns)
- Monitor platform trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead
- Track KPIs weekly/monthly, including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and commission performance
- Use performance data to adjust content strategy, deals, and affiliate focus in real-time
- Create and present campaign strategies and proposals to clients with clear business objectives
- Deliver performance reporting and insights in regular client check-ins
- Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates for Shop campaigns
- Lead creator campaign execution: brief talent, track deliverables, approve content, and measure ROI
- Structure affiliate incentives and commission models to meet ROI goals
- Align all partnerships with TikTok Shop campaigns and client commercial objectives
- Run gifting and seeding initiatives to drive organic UGC and creator buzz
- Maintain and grow a trusted network of creators, agencies, and brand advocates
- Stay on top of creator trends and rising talent in the TikTok ecosystem
- Ensure creators are aligned on deliverables, voice, and brand expectations
- Oversee communications across Lark and TikTok Manager for campaign coordination
- Experienced in TikTok Shop: You’ve run or supported high-performing shops, ideally across multiple accounts
- Naturally analytical: You track performance, optimise based on insights, and speak confidently about ROI
- Creator-savvy: You understand what makes creator content convert, and you can manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfortable with clients: You can present strategy, deliver insights, and manage expectations clearly
- Highly organised: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can manage multiple touchpoints
- Platform-native: You understand how TikTok works, from meme culture to sales funnels
- Salary: £32–36k per year, based on experience
