Our client is looking for a Sales Controller to oversee the sales operation of this well established USED CAR site in East London.
As part of the team you will be responsible for maximising profitability, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries. The main challenges within this role will be helping to direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans, advising customers of finance and insurance products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements, working to meet and exceed sales targets and ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
The successful candidate must have recent experience within the used car side of the motor trade and a proven track record in car sales as either a Senior Sales Executive looking for their next promotion or as an existing Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager. The package includes an OTE of £58-60000.
