We have a new vacancy Nursery Manager role, we are looking for a highly experienced, passionate candidate with years of experience as a Nursery Manager.

Main Duties• To lead and manage high quality practice in the nursery• To work collaboratively with colleagues from other teams ensuring a high-quality service• To be effectively compliant with procedures for Ofsted, Local Authorities and other bodies• To manage and deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators• Base hours of 40 hours per week

Desirable Skills/Qualifications• Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent• Passionate about Early years education and childcare• Good ICT skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc• Excellent communicator at all levels• Ability to organise own work effectively and that of others, identify priorities and meet outcomes• Lead by example; demonstrating high levels of drive, enthusiasm and passion• Excellent written communication with ability to produce and evaluate reports

Education:• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:• Nursery: 2 years (preferred)• Nursery experience: 2 years (preferred)• Childcare: 2 years (preferred)• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:• Driving Licence (preferred)
