Our client, a global Consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Bridge Engineer to join their dynamic London team, on a Hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary Consultancy that has a reputation for delivering innovative infrastructure projects on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and assess highway and railway bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports.
  • Produce calculations, drawings, and specifications to industry standards.
  • Support project planning and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Assist with bids, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/IStructE).
  • Experience in bridge design, assessment, or inspection.
  • Skilled in structural analysis software (e.g., LUSAS, MIDAS, SAP2000).
  • Working knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and DMRB.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
