The position offers a salary of £60,000 for a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Candidates should have relevant experience in building surveying and related fields.

My client is a fast-growing property management firm for an experienced Building Surveyor to work on their various Major Works projects across London

The specialised works include:

Damp/water ingress survey and report (detecting cause and recommending remedies)
Structural / subsidence surveys; validation and defect analysis
Rebuild cost assessments for blocks
Insurance-related surveys, licence to alter reports
Condition reports, Planned Maintenance Programs
Specification of works, and occasional project management

Salary: £60,000

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
