The Chartered Building Surveyor Role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will focus on delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting pre-acquisition and condition surveys

  • Managing dilapidations and party wall matters

  • Overseeing contract administration and project management

  • Preparing specifications, schedules, and technical reports

  • Advising on property acquisition, development, and asset management strategies

  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and decarbonisation efforts

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified (essential)

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related field
