This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Graduate Building Surveyor looking to develop their career with the full support of a leading firm and become a MRICS Building Surveyor.
Your responsibilities as an Graduate Building Surveyor:
- The Graduate Building Surveyor will work on building surveys, involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
- Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
- Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
- Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
- Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.
What does the Graduate Building Surveyor need?
- A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Ideally some consultancy experience would be preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- An eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
- 35,000 - 40,000 salary - Dependant on experience
