Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 groundworkers.
Ensure underpinning works are carried out safely and to specification.
Monitor progress and report to site management.
Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor.
Strong background in underpinning.
Ability to manage and direct a small team effectively.
Good communication and site management skills.
CSCS (and other relevant site tickets/certifications) preferred.
