Our client, a leading strategic communications agency, is seeking a Client Partnership Director to lead Tier 1 client relationships, drive account growth, and mentor a high-performing Client Services team. This is a senior leadership role that blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people development-with a strong emphasis on experience in employee engagement or internal communications (IC).
Key Responsibilities
路Act as the senior point of contact for Tier 1 clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
路Shape and deliver account growth strategies, annual plans, and long-term roadmaps.
路Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
路Embed consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client tiers.
路Coach and mentor client-facing team members to build capability and confidence.
路Collaborate across strategy, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
