Customer Service Manager - Real Estate Property Developer

London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London as lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange and through the warranty period overseeing the close out phases of developments ahead of PC ensuring construction teams are delivering high quality and first class experience throughout the customer service journey. You would be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners, suppliers to ensure best practice and high quality standards are adhered too with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a Customer Service Manager with knowledge and experience demonstrated in customer service and responsible for developing a team who provide customers with a delightful, friction less experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise best practice and knowledge within residential development and real estate to implement and provide a customer service experience on a key developments in London.
  • First point of contact for customers on a day to day basis across the customer journey from exchange and completion and the 2 year warranty period.
  • Provide strong communication to the customer with construction updates.
  • Liaise with sub contractors to ensure reported defects are dealt with in a cost effective and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' of customer service within Residential Real Estate in London.
  • Experience in Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
