Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, handling calls and enquiries with warmth, understanding and efficiency
  • Schedule consultations and surgical appointments
  • Manage invoicing and maintain accurate patient records
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure every patient feels cared for
  • Support clinical and admin teams to uphold premium service standards

About You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in KPI-driven, customer service roles
  • Confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling and administrative systems
  • Calm under pressure and genuinely empathetic
