Are you a seasoned Business Development professional looking to make your mark in a globally connected, tech-savvy law firm? This legal giant is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Real Estate practice group on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering strategic, high-impact BD and marketing initiatives across the Real Estate group, in close collaboration with the global BD team. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will:
- Partner with lawyers to grow client relationships and develop new business.
- Craft standout pitch documents, marketing campaigns, and legal directory submissions.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging events, webinars, and thought leadership content.
- Lead on BD planning, budgeting, and CRM systems management.
What they’re Looking For
- Proven BD and/or marketing experience within a legal or professional services environment.
- Real Estate sector experience (a strong plus but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong project management abilities.
- Comfort with data, systems, and using insights to drive performance.
