Business Development Director, UK & EMEA

Are you an experienced strategic leader with a passion for growth, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving results? Are you ready to champion a bold vision and play a key role in shaping the future of one of the most design-forward companies in the contract furniture industry?

NaughtOne  is on a mission to scale its global business. As Business Development Director for UK & EMEA, you’ll be at the forefront of this journey, leading a talented sales team spearheading new business strategies, empowering our sales team, and cultivating partnerships that redefine how we grow across multiple markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute a dynamic regional growth strategy across UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East & Africa
  • Build powerful relationships with dealer partners, architects, designers, and key decision-makers
  • Drive performance and accountability across a talented sales team (8 direct reports)
  • Collaborate across the wider MillerKnoll family to leverage synergies and fuel shared success
  • Own CRM strategy and data excellence to enable laser-focused, insight-driven sales execution
  • Represent NaughtOne at industry events, networking opportunities, and thought leadership forums

  • Bring 5+ years of business development or strategic sales leadership in the contract furniture industry (or associated industries)  
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and love turning ambition into action
  • Have a track record of leading successful sales teams and driving measurable results
  • Combine commercial savvy with emotional intelligence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Are fluent in Salesforce, data analysis, and CRM-led sales performance
  • Think strategically, act decisively, and communicate with clarity
